On-site jersey personalization in San Diego.

San Diego is inside our no-travel-charge footprint, and it is a market with two very different kinds of jersey work — the convention floor and the tournament complex.

Convention and hotel builds

Convention halls and large hotel properties bring their own rules: marshalling yards, scheduled dock times, in-house electrical orders, and a floor plan approved weeks ahead. None of that is difficult, but all of it has to be handled before load-in rather than negotiated on the morning. We want the show's exhibitor manual early so power, footprint, and cart routing get ordered correctly the first time.

On the floor the build is compact and the hours are long. One or two lanes, a tablet intake station positioned so the queue forms along a booth line instead of across an aisle, and a crew lead who owns the queue board and the QC pass.

Tournament and youth complexes

San Diego County has a lot of multi-field complexes, and multi-day tournaments are the most operationally demanding thing we run. Demand follows the bracket — quiet during play, heavy after matches, heaviest after a final — so we shift-plan lanes against the game grid rather than staffing flat. Rosters change on the morning of, which the intake handles natively: a late walk-up ticket and a roster ticket look identical to a press lane.

Youth events also stress the size curve. Our guest-facing stock runs adult XS through 3XL, and where true youth sizing is needed it has to be a sourcing decision made weeks out, from your inventory or specified in the blanks we buy.

Outdoor and beachside activations

Open-air builds are common here and bring their own planning: shade over the presses, wind on any lightweight signage, sand and salt air near the water, and generator power where a venue has no usable circuits. We plan the queue's shape with the venue in advance, because on an open site a line will grow in whatever direction is easiest unless it is given one.

Client-supplied garments

Most San Diego bookings involve garments the client already owns, which means the schedule has a step in it before the crew moves. Send two or three jerseys from the same production lot for a heat test: we establish the temperature, dwell, and pressure the fabric tolerates and check for dye migration and sublimation ghosting. You get a written result, including an honest verdict if a lot is a poor candidate for heat application. On the day, goods are counted in against your packing list, staged by size and colorway so no lane hunts for a garment mid-queue, and counted out at teardown with any damage documented the same day.

Commercials

Travel is $0 to San Diego County. Staffed stations start around $5,000, staffing bills at $250 per hour across setup, live time, and teardown, and most corporate programs land at $25 to $40 per guest all-in.
