On-site jersey personalization pricing, and the inputs a real quote is built from.

We do not publish a rate card, because a rate card would be wrong for most of the jobs on this page. What we can publish is the anchors, the variables, and exactly what moves the number.

Anchors2.1

Published figures

Staffed station
From about $5,000 local
Staffing
$250 / hour
Travel — OC / LA / SD
$0
Travel — outside
$900
Typical corporate all-in
$25–$40 per guest

The station figure is the floor for a local, staffed build with lanes, consumables, and a crew. The hourly rate is what setup, live hours, and teardown are billed against — and setup is real time, not a rounding error, so count it when you compare vendors.

The per-guest band is the number most corporate producers end up budgeting against once garments, decoration, staffing, and prep are combined. It lands lower when you supply the jerseys and higher when we source premium blanks or the run is short and staffing-heavy.

The six inputs that move the number2.2

INPUT 01

Hours on the floor

Live hours plus load-in and teardown. A four-hour window at a hotel with a loading dock and a four-hour window on a plaza with a hand-carry from a distant lot are not the same job, and the second one costs more before a single jersey is pressed.

INPUT 02

Lane count

Lanes are the throughput dial. Two lanes suit a controlled roster day; four lanes is what an open activation with a real queue needs. Each lane adds a press, an operator, consumables, and power draw, and each one is priced.

INPUT 03

Garment source

Supplying your own jerseys removes the blank cost and the sourcing lead time from the quote, and adds a fabric-test step. Having us source adds inventory cost, a size-curve decision, and freight, but removes a procurement task from your plate.

INPUT 04

Unit volume

How many personalized pieces you actually expect to leave with. Volume drives consumable spend and, past a point, lane count. A firm number beats a hopeful one — we would rather build for 400 and have capacity than build for 250 and cut the line off.

INPUT 05

Art and layout prep

A locked brand kit with usable vector files is quick. A logo pulled from a slide deck, a numeral style that has to be matched by eye, or a multi-team program with different marks per group is prep time, and prep time is quoted.

INPUT 06

Travel and logistics

Free inside Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. $900 outside that footprint, which covers the crew and the rig. Nationwide programs are quoted with flights, freight, and lodging itemized so nothing is buried.

What a written quote contains2.3

Every scope sheet we send breaks out the same lines so you can compare it against another vendor honestly:

  • Lane count and crew size, with the operator-per-lane ratio shown
  • Total staffed hours, split into setup, live, and teardown
  • Garment line — either "client supplied" with a counted-in quantity, or the blanks we are sourcing with brand and size curve
  • Decoration line, by method and location
  • Art and layout prep, as a stated figure rather than a footnote
  • Travel, itemized
  • Included reprint allowance for QC failures

What is not in there: surprise per-color charges, a rush fee invented after you approve, or a "minimum" that appears at invoice.

Two honest cost-savers

Run a roster instead of walk-up where you can. Pre-staged tickets press faster per unit than tickets typed at the counter, so a roster run does more with fewer lanes and fewer billed hours.

Lock the art two weeks out. Late art is the most common reason prep hours climb. A locked file, one approval round, and a settled numeral style keeps that line small.

Common questions on the commercial side2.4

Is there a minimum?

Practically, yes — the station floor around $5,000 for a local staffed build is the minimum viable mobilization. Below that you are paying for a crew and a rig to travel for very few units, and we will usually tell you so rather than take the booking.

Do you charge per personalized unit?

Not as a headline rate. We quote the deployment — lanes, crew, hours, consumables, prep — because that is what determines our cost. If you need a per-unit figure for an internal chargeback, we will divide the quote by your expected volume and show the math.

What happens if we run over the booked hours?

Overtime is billed at the same $250/hr staffing rate, agreed on the floor with your producer before we continue. No silent meter.

Who pays for a misspelled name?

We do, if it was our error. A ticket that was typed correctly and pressed incorrectly is reprinted at our cost. A ticket a guest typed wrong themselves is reprinted from the reprint allowance in the quote, and after that at cost of goods.
